Physiotherapist or midwife for perineal rehabilitation?

Without hesitation, a physiotherapist specialized in perineology is more qualified for perineal rehabilitation!
Midwife and physiotherapist do not have the same training, they are complementary:
The profession of midwife is linked to maternity (the project, pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum) they are necessary in these particular moments of a woman's life. They will give advice on nutrition, breastfeeding, follow up during pregnancy, baby care, watch for any postpartum scar, etc.
The job of a physiotherapist is to heal through movement. The physiotherapist treats everyone, man, woman, child, whatever the age, during his studies he focuses on the muscles, the skin, the connective tissue, the joints and acquires a sensitivity to touch. With the specialization in perineology he becomes an expert of the perineum, which allows him an accurate diagnosis and a global treatment using touch and stimulating proprioception.
At present we know that the perineum must be the subject of comprehensive care taking into account the abdominals and the diaphragm. Qualification specific to the physiotherapist.
So no more doubt come to Djerba Physio Center!
